You must be at least 18 years old to commission me. Alternatively, you can have a legal guardian or consenting adult commissioning me on your behalf.

Failing to respect my T.O.S. will cause you to be refunded and removed from my commissions list.

Prices are not negotiable. Discounts are decided and offered by me.

Insults and harassment will not be tolerated and will result in blacklisting and removal from commissions list.

I can draw characters not belonging to you, but I will require proof of the owner's consent - Exception can be made if it's a gift for a loved one and I reserve the right to deny the commission.

Gifts and free pieces are treated as commissions and as such retain the same guidelines.

As an artist, I retain full rights to all of my artwork.

My work cannot be edited, copied or used without proper crediting or my written permission.

In no way shape or form is the commissioner allowed to resell my artwork.

Copyright of characters is held by the respective owners, I hold exclusively the rights to my personal work.

Customers have the right to use their received image for any personal, non-commercial purpouse.

I retain display rights and your commissioned piece may be uploaded to any of my portfolios/galleries, unless otherwise requested in the commission request.

Commissioners can post their piece any place they deem fit, as long as my signature is visible and credits are present.

All payments must be made via Paypal in EUR. If needed i can provide current rate of exchange to your currency.

I will start working on your commission only after the payiment has been received.

Payments must be sent within 72 working hours of receiving payments info. Failures to comply will result in removal from the commissions list or repositioning at the end of it.

Listed prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the overall complexity of the desired piece.

It is possible to establish a payment plan for commissions above 150 EUR, which must be discussed and approved by both parties.

While it is not an habit, I reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in any moment if i deem it necessary due to life getting in the way.

If you, the Customer, decide to cancel your commission, you may do so in case said commission has not be worked on yet and receive a FULL refund. However if work has already been made, you will get only a partial refund (depending on the progress made).

I do not allow refunds on fully completed pieces for any reason.

References should be clear and precise, preferably not shaded nor a 3D model. I do accept also the latter, but in that case please keep in mind that extensive communication will be needed for me to best capture the essence of your character.

I can work with written references. Extra fees may be discussed with customer and applied. As above, extensive communication will be needed.

Keep in mind I do not posses the ability to read thoughts. Any change made to the design after the reference has been created should be properly explained alongside the reference itself.

Use of extra descriprion, desired vibes, moodboards and external pictures is allowed and encouraged.

A clear, detailed, concised and properly phrased description of your idea is also highly encouraged.

Requests are accepted through Mail, Telegram and Discord.

WIPs will be sent periodically. You may inquire at any point how your commission is proceeding, but please be advised I may take time to see the messages as i treat my job seriously and don't excessively use socials while i work.

Failing to confirm the WIP within 72 working hours of receving it will mark it as accepted.

You may ask for major edits during the sketch and lineart phase. I accept small edits past that, but major ones will be subjected to extra fees.

I aim to complete commissions within two months of the request, but times can significantly vary and shorten up basing on the influx of work. Rush fees can be discussed.

Upon completion of the commission, the Client will receive a .PNG file with my logo to use for public use, and one without for personal use only, accompanied by a drive safety link.

Furry / Anthro / Fantasy characters.

Any species. Animals, Pokemons, People and rock goblins are all welcomed.

Mature / Adult content (NSFW).

Fandoms related OCs.

Excessive fetishes.

Hateful / disrespectful art.

Underage characters in adult / harmful situations. "She is 150 but looks 12" is part of this cathegory.

Anything that makes me uncomfortable.
